Sales Helper/Loader: No experience required, must be able to consistently lift over 40lbs.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Loading soil, plants and pottery into customer's vehicles
- Unloading delivery trucks and merchandising plants and product into nursery
- Plant maintenance including watering and pruning
- Nursery maintenance including weeding and raking
- Assisting sales staff and cashiers with displays and moving merchandise as necessary or as directed
Sales Associate: Customer service and plant/product knowledge are essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Promptly greeting guests as they enter the yard and offering assistance
- Maintaining and organizing yard
- Putting away plants
- Researching plant questions for guests
- Answering phone
Cashier: Focus on making store run smoothly. Excellent one-on-one guest service. Prompt and friendly greeting for each guest.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Promptly greeting customers as they enter the store
- Answering phone calls
- Stocking merchandise
- Tending to houseplants
